– Antimatter Designs is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.
– Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.

– We do not accept returns on custom items unless they arrive damaged or with a manufacturing defect.
– Please notify us within 7 days of delivery for any issues with your order.
– Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
