At Antimatter Designs, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully happy with your product, we’re here to help. Below is our return and refund policy, which applies to all purchases made through Antimatter Designs.

Returns

• Eligibility:
  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and free from damage or customization errors not caused by Antimatter Designs.
• Non-Returnable Items:
  • Customized or personalized items (unless there is a manufacturing defect).
  • Clearance or final sale items.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued for eligible items returned within 30 days.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
• Inspection and Processing:

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return for the unwanted product and place a new order for the desired item.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will provide a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs, once the defect is verified.
